Gage Peavler, LMSW Licensed Master Social Worker Gage earned his MSW from the University of Michigan and has spent the past three years building his clinical skills as an outpatient therapist. Gage sees clients from children to older adults dealing with a wide variety of mental health concerns. Gage has specialized training in trauma focused CBT, ACT, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He also utilizes some DBT skills in his work. Gage approaches therapy from a trauma focused perspective. For many, trauma is the root of challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It often goes ignored, and the brain defaults to pushing trauma down deep where it cannot be processed in a healthy way. Through therapy we work to move trauma out of that deep place and process it safely. Gage meets his client's where they are at and brings knowledge, experience, and compassion to his work. Gage would love to help you through your healing journey.
