Hannah Sliwa, LLMSW, graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor in Psychology. She is a therapist who provides
compassionate care in a supportive environment. Her approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and strengths-based. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable, understood, supported, and empowered to make positive change.
Hannah specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, trauma, suicidal thoughts, nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI), personality disorders, and related challenges. Therapy is tailored to each individuals's unique needs and goals.
She is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices as needed. She approaches individuals through a holistic lens, considering the full context of their lives—emotional, physical, and social—to support meaningful and lasting change.
When she's not working, Hannah enjoys crafting, camping, and reading while cuddled up with her two cats!
