Ashley Ziolkowski, LMSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Ashley Ziolkowski, LMSW is Co-Owner of Therapy Alliance of Michigan, Inc. Ashley graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master's in Clinical Social work. She has 9 years experience in child welfare and has been working as a schools social worker for the last 3 years. Ashley has specialized experience working with individuals, school-aged children and their families. Ashley provides a comfortable and confidential space, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques to provide clients with a safe and reflective space to facilitate change. ​ When she's not working, Ashley enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her friends and family. ​ Sometimes life is difficult. Rachel DiBella, LMSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Rachel Conway, LLMSW, graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. Rachel has over 5 years experience in child welfare and has been working as an elementary level school social worker for the past year. Rachel has experience working with children, adolescents, individual adults, and families. Rachel believes in the importance of creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment to allow a safe space for clients to share their stories and work towards achieving their goals. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with friends and family and her dog, Ruby. She also enjoys reading, working out, and doing puzzles. Life can be overwhelming, but it isn’t something that has to be gone through alone. Having a safe and comfortable space with a trusted therapist to process through some of life’s challenges can be very empowering and freeing. Tyler Spencer, LMSW License Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Tyler graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Social Work. Tyler started her social work journey, while in school, by answering the National Suicide Hotline and has an abundance of experience and support in that field. Tyler is also working towards additional certifications in Sexual Health and Wellness to be a Sex Therapist. Currently, Tyler specializes in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and relationship patterns. Tyler believes that opening up and allowing yourself to be completely vulnerable is an emotional task. She can work with you to help alleviate the stress is that come from during difficult situations. If your struggles are getting the best of you and you are unsure of how to proceed, Tyler will meet you where you are mentally and you can work together to create and achieve goals that are best suited for you. Tyler uses different strategies based on her clients needs and what they are looking to accomplish. She will empathetically listen as you speak about your stories and experiences, while providing a professional point of view.

Dominique Elya, LLPC Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (She/Her/Hers) Dominique Elya, LLPC, graduated from Wayne State University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and from Oakland University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and minor in Communication. Dominique has ample years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, pregnancy loss/infertility, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Dominique strives to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for clients to explore their innermost selves and gain understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Dominique believes in the strength of vulnerability, and understands each client holds a history and goals that are unique to them. Therefore, Dominique uses an integrative approach to therapy to accommodate client's needs. In her free time, Dominique enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her dog, Eli. She also loves to cook, read, and go on walks. Reaching out for support can be the most intimidating and vulnerable part of your journey, and it may be the most brave step toward a healthier you. Dominique is here to meet clients where they are and offer the support needed for their journey to personal growth.

Sylwia Wach, LLMSW Limited License Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Sylwia Wach, LLMSW, graduated from Wayne State University with a Master’s in Clinical social work and a Bachelors in Social Work. Sylwia has experience working in child and family welfare, working with children on the spectrum, adolescents, adults, and families. Sylwia has experience working with children in foster care, clients who have/are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance use, and trauma experiences. Sylwia has experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy, and Child Play Therapy. Sylwia believes in finding the right therapeutic technique to fit your healing journey and is eager to create a safe and comfortable space to achieve your goals. Sylwia believes that achieving your best self is done by giving you the proper tools and guiding you with support, compassion, and empathy. ​ In her free time, Sylwia enjoys being outdoors, whether it's walking with her dog, biking, or rollerblading. Sylwia enjoys making others smile by baking sweet treats. ​ Life is nothing like a cakewalk. Taking the first steps towards a better life can be scary and intimidating, Sylwia is so happy and eager to take those steps with you.

Chanel Yousif, LLPC Limited License Professional Counselor (She/Her/Hers) Chanel Yousif, LLPC, graduated from Wayne State University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Chanel has experience working with clients who come from traumatic backgrounds and need support with issues like anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and eating disorders. Chanel works with clients on managing behaviors and emotional regulation and likes to take a holistic approach when applicable. She has experience working with diverse populations in community mental health and school settings. We can't always predict what life throws at us, but we can always try to seek support and guidance to navigate through challenges. Mental health and wellness has always been Chanel's passion and she understands the importance of having compassion and empathy. Chanel guides clients in developing new insights, facilitating change, and creating a sense of empowerment. Jacque Goode, LLMSW Limited License Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Jacque Goode, LLMSW, graduated from Walden University with a Master's in Social Work. She also holds a MBA from Wayne State University. Jacque is also a Ph.D. in Human Services candidate at Walden University. Jacque recently completed a two-year clinical therapist internship at Affirmations, an LGBTQ+ Community Center located in Ferndale, Michigan and continues to volunteer there. Jacque has 12 years of patient advocacy experience. Jacque wants to bring advocacy and awareness to challenges that underserved communities face, such as the LGBTQ+, Domestic Violence Survivors, and People of Color. Jacque has a passion for offering LGBTQ+ affirming services, trauma-informed care, and taking a client-centered approach. Jacque loves spending time with her family, baking, and doing makeup in her free time. Jacque is ready to listen and help you!

Amanda Lilley, LMSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Amanda Lilley, LMSW is Co-Owner of Therapy Alliance of Michigan, Inc. and a Licensed Master Social Worker with a clinical specialization. Amanda graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work. Amanda has over 10 years experience in child welfare and has been working as a therapist in a clinical setting for over 7 years. Amanda enjoys working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma experiences. She has experience and enjoys working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. Amanda believes in the importance of the therapeutic alliance and utilizes acceptance, empathy, compassion, and a wide range of therapeutic techniques to provide clients with a safe, trusting, reflective, and productive space to make real change in clients’ lives. When she’s not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and reading. Alisa Means-Looney, LLMSW Limited License Clinical Social Worker (She/Her/Hers) Alisa Means-Looney, LLMSW graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor in Social Work. Alisa has 3 years of experience working with the mental health, substance abuse, and grief population. Alisa also has experience working with the homeless population. In her free time, Alisa enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her grandson, serving others, giving to those less fortunate, playing volleyball, working out, and shopping. Although at some point everyone has had trouble with life and what it brings, Alisa feels empowering and advocating for clients to become the best version of themselves utilizing client center and CBT modalities. Alisa only hopes to try to help others find peace, not by trying to escape their problems, but by confronting them courageously, as peace is not in denial, but in victory.

Sparkle Jackson Clinical Social Worker -Intern (She/Her/Hers) Sparkle is a highly skilled and experienced social work professional with a diverse skillset working with children, families, and vulnerable adults in various settings. With a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University and currently pursuing a Master in Social Work at Wayne State University, Sparkle has a solid academic foundation to support her clinical expertise. She has eight years of experience working with a wide range of clients, including at-risk youth, juvenile youth, developmentally delayed adolescents, and seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer. She is well-equipped to address the unique needs of each individual, and her compassionate approach empowers clients to recognize their capacity for growth and achieve their short and long-term goals. Sparkle employs evidence-based modalities tailored to each client specific needs. She is committed to promoting growth and development in all aspects of her clients lives. Her clinical knowledge and empathetic approach make her an invaluable asset to any client seeking therapy. When not working, she enjoys doing nothing planned to decompress from a society that thrives off plans and agendas. Her life mantra is nothing defines you with you, and she empowers all clients to believe the same. She is eager to work alongside you as you work toward identified goals.

Ghufran/G Hachem is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern. (She/Her/Hers) G gained her initial competency, expertise and knowledge through her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology at University of Michigan, with a passion, and in hopes, to understand both, humans and society, separately, and how they correlate, interact, and impact one another. G proceeded to pursue her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Oakland University, with a focus on couples and families, which she will earn after her internship completion. G has over ten years of expertise with education of all ages and people with autism, which furthermore augmented her understanding of children and adolescents, and is certified in Trauma Assessment in Children and Adolescents, Adult Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention. G is a Lebanese American Lady who has met diverse people and had the privilege of living the best of both worlds- drawing upon both her Lebanese and American cultures has empowered her to walk the journey of healing to heal. G has special interest in working with people struggling with adjustment, anger, anxiety, addictions, couples/family issues, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse, suicidal ideation, physical abuse, and posttraumatic stress. G believes in the power of the unfiltered truth in rising, aka, effective and/or real change on every level and layer of the self. G provides an atmosphere of empathy, congruence, unconditional positive regard and objective, nonjudgmental, safe space tailored to her client’s needs for feeling safe in vulnerability at such an intimate level. G utilizes an integrative approach in which she draws upon theories and techniques from all forces of psychology that best fit the client and their needs. G’s ultimate goal is to heal/touch as many lives as she’s able to. G’s initial goal for you is to bring you to the here-and-now, psycho-educate, assess for severity of trauma, give a grounding in coping mechanisms/skills and apply evidence based strategies (for ex. CBT/REBT). G uses a mix of directive and nondirective structure. Just like all of us, G loves food and sleep! She writes poetry and, loves being in the water, and, regularly, takes long walks in nature. Her favorite season is winter and her favorite color is black and she looks forward to be a part of your healing and/personal growth journey; let your joy scream across the pain.
