Karla brings over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples, helping them navigate challenges and improve communication. Additionally, she has spent over a decade leveraging her background as a Life Coach and Health and Fitness professional to support clients in restoring balance and building resilience—mind, body, and spirit. She provides a warm, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and high levels of stress. Karla specializes in evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a transformative approach that aids in processing trauma and fostering healing. Alongside EMDR, she employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting methods to align with her clients' unique needs and goals.
Recognizing and honoring diversity, Karla incorporates faith-based and multicultural approaches when suitable, ensuring her methods respect each client’s values and identities.
